Join Our Laminating Team

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Laminator to join our Laminating Department, where we manufacture high-quality engineered wood products, including posts and beams.

 

This is a hands-on role within a team environment where operational excellence, product quality, and health and safety are our priorities. You will play an important part in supporting the production process and ensuring our products meet the high standards our customers expect.

 

About the Role

The Laminator position is primarily a manual handling role, requiring physical capability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to working safely and efficiently.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the laminating production process.
  • Carrying out manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Working alongside automated machinery and production equipment.
  • Maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.
  • Following workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and well maintained.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

About You

  • A good level of physical fitness and the ability to perform manual work.
  • A strong work ethic and proven reliability with excellent attendance.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a high-performing team.
  • The ability to maintain high standards of quality and housekeeping.

  • The ability to work comfortably around automated machinery.
Previous manufacturing or timber industry experience is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
